VEVA member Don Leyland is planning to purchase half a cow from a trusted organic beef farmer that he knows and has dealt with in the past. The price of the meat for the various cuts is below the cost of ground beef at a grocery store. He would like to share half of that purchase with someone (Don gets a 1/4 of the cow and whoever joins in gets 1/4 of the cow)
